While people are starting to get tired of waiting for an iOS 10 jailbreak tool and equally frustrated with erratic news of whether the other hackers like Luca Todesco will release a tool or not, there are still some workarounds that actually work better than just giving all these things a long face.
One of the biggest reasons why people are getting crazy over jailbreaking their devices is the ability to install Cydia tweaks and for a lot more, installing premium and paid apps without spending a single dime. We've laid out some few guides on how to do these things, but we'll focus on Mojo as it is a gold mine of tweaks waiting to be discovered.
We've also provided a quick guide on how to install Mojo and just about any version of iOS and here's a quick rundown of what needs to be done in order to get things rolling. Download the correct version of Mojo for the device.
At this point, Mojo supports iOS 10.2, which is no surprise, but for those using iOS 9.3.3 and below are better off jailbreaking their devices if they do not mind the security risks and a few exclusivity with Mojo.
Mojo isn't as complex and full-featured as Cydia, but the good thing is it is also simpler and easy to get used to. This isn't to say that the most popular Cydia apps don't have their Mojo counterpart because they do. If these repositories won't interest anybody patiently waiting for an official jailbreak tool without virtually any risk, then we don't know what will.
MovieBox HD - A popular app for watching movies.
Emu4iOS - Another Cydia favorite. It allows users play retro games like "Super Mario Bros"
System-Wide AdBlock - A neat feature that allows users to block advertisements from mobile browsers like Google Chrome and Mobile Firefox as well as Safari.
There are tons more like video downloaders, screen records etc. All the user has to do
For a complete guide on how to add repositories, Mojo users can also refer to this guide posted by the official website.
iOS 10 Jailbreak Tool might still be something we're not about to see soon enough, but given the alternatives and proper research, things could still be worked out with iOS 10.2 and perhaps, later.
