The Amazon Echo and the Google Home are the two best and smart speakers currently available in the market. Check out the comparison before stepping out to buy one in discount sales this festive season.

The Amazon Echo was launched as a smart speaker two years before the Google Home hits the market. Both come with a lot of smart features like controlling smart home products and giving command to other connected gadgets. Some of the tasks include- turning off your basement light, requesting an Uber, getting a pizza delivered and find your smartphone at voice commands.

The Amazon Echo, which is powered by Amazon Alexa, comes with seven microphone array, while the Google Home, powered by Google Assistant, has only two microphones.

In terms of performance, the Amazon Alexa can perform up to 3,000 skills, while the Google Home highlights its massive search background.

Google Home learns more about you through a variety of Google services -- Google Calendar, Google Keep, and Google Maps, so I expected it to easily beat Alexa in this category. Not only can the Home tell you about the appointments on your calendar, it can tell you about traffic on your way to work in the morning.

The Amazon Alexa glows blue when it hears the command word "Alexa," while Google Home's LED lights activate when it hears "Okay, Google."

While Amazon has been in hundreds of home for the last two years, Google Home has just begun its journey. In terms of price, Amazon's Echo Dot is only at $41.67 when you buy the bundle of six, while Google Home is at $129.

The price of Google Home is worth its features as it comes with the Google Assistant, which is more familiar to us than the Amazon Alexa. Still, stay tuned for more Black Friday deals in the next days to see which one has the better offer.
