Samsung has been one of the giants in the smartphone industry and over the years, it has launched quite of a lot of successful handsets. The failure of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 was something to worry about, however, the company bounced back soon, focusing on mid-range smartphones. Today, we will be looking at one of such phones - the Samsung Galaxy C7.
While Samsung has been known for a long time, Oppo is considered to be a rising star with bundles of features packed with affordability, giving its users a phone to consider, such as the Oppo F1 Plus.
Let's compare these two phones and see what they have to offer.
The Samsung Galaxy C7, weighing at 165 grams, is a bulkier phone when compared to the Oppo F1 Plus at 145 grams. The reason for that could be the screen size. It has a 5.7 inch full HD display, compared to Oppo's 5.5 inches, also in full HD.
Under the hood, both the phones are clocked at 2GHz octa-core processor. However, the Samsung phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset, whereas the F1 Plus comes with MediaTek's MT6755. These processors provide the two phones enough powers to handle daily tasks seamlessly, play HD games, and watch videos.
Both the phones come with 4GB of RAM on board. Samsung Galaxy C7's internal storage is limited to 32 GB, and can be expanded up to 128 GB by a microSD card; Oppo F1 Plus' internal storage is at 64 GB and can be expanded up to 128 GB through a microSD card.
The camera aspect of these phones is quite interesting. The C7 plus features a 16 MP rear and 8 MP front camera, whereas the F1 Plus comes with a 12 MP rear and 16 MP front camera, which makes it a remarkable selfie phone.
Both the phones run on Android Marshmallow.
The C7 is expected to be priced at INR 26999, whereas the Oppo F1 Plus comes at INR 25000. These two phones are worth considering in this price segment. What truly makes Oppo hold the flag is its 16MP front camera, which adds personality to the phone.
