The action continues in the 85th chapter of Hajime Isayama's "Attack on Titan." Latest reports claimed that the upcoming chapter will show the backstory of Dr. Grisha Yeager, Eren Yeager's father, who was also a Titan Shifter.

As previously reported, the previous chapter, dubbed "Midnight Sun," saw Captain Levi Ackerman, Eren Yeager and Misaka Ackerman arguing over who among the dying 13th Commander Erwin Smith and Armin Alert ought to be given the Titan Serum.

After an intense deliberation, Captain Levi chose to give the Titan Serum to Armin, stressing to his comrades that Commander Erwin merited his long rest instead of being brought once again into their horrible world.

'Attack On Titan' Chapter 85 Spoilers

Early spoilers and predictions for "Attack on Titan" chapter 85 are now out, thanks to the Fuku-Shuu Tumblr page. To start with, the upcoming chapter will see Armin finally regaining consciousness after his near-death experience.

The scene will then shift to Captain Levi, Hanji Zoe, Eren and Mikasa walking a few miles around the area to investigate. The four of them finally locate Dr. Yeager's cellar to recover some important materials that will uncover the truth about the origins of the Titan, the History of the World and the Walls.

Much to the surprise of Eren, the key given by his father is not the actual key of the basement door. Instead, it is the key of a secret compartment in Dr. Yeager's desk. There, three layers of books are placed.

"Eren: This is... a painted portrait?

Hanji: No... It's so detailed that it doesn't seem drawn by human hands.

Eren (Narration): The back of that piece of paper contained my father's words...

"This is not a painting. This was created using the reflection of light upon a special type of material. It's called a 'photograph'."

Dr. Yeager's message continues, "I come from outside the walls, where life is elegant and comfortable. In reality, humans are not extinct at all."
