Ever since Michael Schumacher's tragic accident in 2013, the F1 champion has been fighting to make a recovery. However, over the recent months, his health condition and progress is being kept in the dark.
According to reports, Schumacher is receiving the best healthcare. Unfortunately, his progress has been slow, and it is rumored that he might not make a full recovery.
According to Game N Guide, Schumacher is still having a hard time in his recovery. Reports have been saying that he is responsive, but a complete recovery is still hard to determine.
Former Ferrari chairman Luca Cordero di Montezemolo said, "I'm very pleased to know that he is reacting... I know how strong he is. I'm sure that thanks to his determination; which will be crucial, he will come out from this very, very difficult situation."
However, Schumacher's family has been quiet about his current health condition. It has also been rumored that the hospital bills are becoming a burden for his family.
According to some reports, Schumacher's family has sold his Mercedes E55 AMG, which costs approximately $665,000. In addition, they have also sold their family vacation house and family jet.
Although it is rumored that these have been sold to cover the medical bills of the facility, it might also be due to the fact that his family has lost hopes of recovery. They believe that Schumacher might not make a full recovery and use these items again.
Schumacher, however, has been rumored to have amassed a huge fortune, hence, chances of his family facing financial crisis are slim.
Meanwhile, Schumacher's friends had held a soccer match called "Champions for Charity" to support the 47 - year old champion. According to the Daily Mirror, Schumacher's F1 colleagues participated in their own team called "Nationale Piloti" and were led by Sebastian Vettel.
Although there has been no confirmed reports about Schumacher's health condition, yet fans hope that he will be able to make a full recovery some day.
