August is here, and the video game releases are slowly picking up their pace as we charge full speed ahead into the second half of 2016. This month we will see some of the biggest games this year. Here are our top picks.

"Deus Ex: Mankind Divided"(PS4, Xbox One, PC - August 23)

Square Enix and Eidos Montreal's cyberpunk RPG "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" takes place two years after the events in "Deus Ex: Human Revolution," in the era of the Mechanical Apartheid.

Protagonist Adam Jensen returns to take down the terrorist group Illuminati, with the help of the Juggernaut collective, to stop them from causing more destruction.

"No Man's Sky" (PS4 - August 9, PC - August 12)

The highly anticipated open-world space exploration game "No Man's Sky" will be launched this month. Boasting an overwheming number of 18 quintillion procedurally-generated planets, players have a lot of things to do in this game.

Players will explore various planets and meet intelligent alien lifeforms and learn about their lore, upgrade their spaceships to travel to previously inaccessible ground, and more. After tons of delays, the universe is finally in our hands.

"Fallout 4: Nuka-World DLC" (PC, PS4, Xbox One)

Though technically not a full-blown game in itself, "Fallout 4" DLC "Nuka-World" promises tons of new content when it drops sometime this month.

The sixth and final DLC for post-apocalyptic game "Fallout 4" will showcase a vast amusement park taken over by Raiders.

The "Nuka-World DLC" will allow players to travel through new locations like the Kiddie Kingdom, Dry Rock Gulch, Safari Adventure and Galactic Zone.

New quests, weapons, Raiders, creatures and more will also be available in the next expansion.
