Basketball legends Scottie Pippen and Charles Barkley will finally be joining the "NBA 2K" lineup as they are set to appear in 2K Games' latest basketball title "NBA 2K17."
2K Games has recently announced that the whole 1992 USA Basketball "Dream Team" will be featured in the game as a pre-order bonus, along with a USA Basketball MyPlayer Jersey, according to the 2K Sports website.
This means that players will get to see the legends of basketball like Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson and more come together and face-off against the current teams.
Charles Barkley, who is the 1993 NBA Most Valuable Player, has previously declined to appear in the game with the 1985 Philadelphia 76ers in "NBA 2K12," Polygon reported.
Polygon also reported that Scottie Pippen, who was also difficult to sign, refused to be included in the game at first, but was convinced otherwise by his wife and son.
The full 1992 "Dream Team" roster will be included in the game, as confirmed by Ronnie 2K on Twitter.
The lineup includes Barkley, Pippen, Jordan, Johnson, Christian Laettner, David Robinson, Patrick Ewing, Larry Bird, Clyde Drexler, Karl Malone, John Stockton, and Chris Mullin.
Apart from the "Dream Team," the 2016 USA Olympic Team is also set to make an appearance in game, including head coach Mike Krzyzewski.
This year's roster includes Kevin Durant, Jimmy Butler, DeAndre Jordan, Kyle Lowry, Harrison Barnes, DeMar DeRozan, Kyrie Irving, Klay Thompson, DeMarcus Cousins, Paul George, Draymond Green and Carmelo Anthony.
Apart from the 1992 Dream Team roster, other pre-order bonuses include digital contents such as 5,000 virtual currency and a MyTeam Bundle. The Kobe Bryant Legend Edition is also available for pre-order on the 2K website.
"NBA 2K17" will be out on September 16 for Playstation 4, Xbox One, Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC for people who pre-ordered the game, and September 20 for everybody else.
