After the recent terrorism attacks in Nice, France, "Fifty Shades Darker" is back to its filming schedule, and the lead characters couldn't be happier about it.
According to In Style the lead pair took some time away from the production to wave at the fans at Palais Garnier in Paris.
They were spotted in a balcony of an opera house and was in - between scenes, reported Inquisitr. They even took a few pictures with the crowd who had gathered below to get a glimpse of the actors.
Notably, the filming of "Fifty Shades Darker" has taken place over the past couple of weeks, although it has been delayed by the attacks in France.
Following the attacks that killed 84 people, Dana Brunetti took to Facebook to assure fans that everyone involved in the film was unharmed.
"From production: 'Production has confirmed that everyone working on location in the south of France is okay. Everyone has been accounted for and is safe and sound,'" Brunetti shared. "Thanks for everyone's messages and concerns. Another sad day for France and the world."
The film is the second part of the "Fifty Shades" series and picks up after Ana (Dakota Johnson) breaks off with Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan) to build her career in the publishing industry.
According to several reports, Dornan and Johnson were filming in the vicinity of the attacks on the French Riveria. However, the recent photographs and the post from Dana Brunetti do confirm that none of them has been harmed.
"Fifty Shades Darker" is produced by author E.L. James, Brunetti, and Michael De Luca. The movie also has a new director at the helm in James Foley amidst Sam Taylor-Johnson's exit after "Fifty Shades of Grey."
