Microsoft has added four new titles to the growing list of Xbox Backwards Compatible games this week.
The titles were not as huge as the recently added "Red Dead Redemption," but they are still worth looking into.
"FLOCK!" Is a puzzle video game developed by Proper Games, the same developer who made "Final Fight: Double Impact" and iOS mobile game "Moving Day." The game was published in 2009 by Capcom, and was released on PC, Xbox 360, and Playstation 3.
Players control a UFO called "The Flocker" and would need to herd various farm animals back to its mothership, cheekily named "The Mother Flocker."
The second title is "Tour de France 2009," also known as "Pro Cycling Manager 2009" on the PC and Playstation Portable, featuring Lance Armstrong on the cover.
This comes at an awkward time as there are recent reports about widespread doping in Russia ahead of this year's Olympics, according to CBS Sports. Lance Armstrong was embroiled in a highly publicized doping scandal that led to him being stripped of his seven Tour de France titles in 2013.
The third title is "Half-Minute Hero: Super Mega Neo Climax." Developed by Marvelous Entertainment ("Rune Factory 4," "Harvest Moon", "Story Of Seasons"), the game was originally released as a Playstation Portable exclusive in Japan in 2009.
It was re-released on the Xbox Live Arcade two years later.
"Half-Minute Hero" received several accolades on the year of its launch, getting various awards such as "PSP Game of the Year" and "PSP RPG of The Year" in 2009.
Microsoft also announced the addition of puzzle strategy game "Interpol: The Trail of Dr. Chaos" last week. Developed by Tik Games and published by Sierra Online, the game was given negative reviews during its launch, getting a "bad" rating from IGN and other sites.
