The latest "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" update, "Descent," will include a return of a classic favorite, along with three brand-new maps and a "whole new Zombies experience."

The fan-favorite Raid map from "Call of Duty: Black Ops 2" will be brought to "Black Ops 3" and is rei-magined as "Empire" in the upcoming DLC. The newly updated map will feature "an authentic Roman villa recreated by a modern-day eccentric billionaire," Playstation Lifestyle reported.

Players will be able to "relive the glory days in a fresh environment enhanced by the Black Ops III chained movement system," according to developer Treyarch.

Apart from the classic map returning to "Black Ops 3," there will also be three new maps introduced in "Descent."

The latest episode of the Zombies experience, "Gorod Krovi," will feature an "alternate, war-torn Stalingrad," where Origins characters will face their most dangerous enemies yet.

Moreover, players will battle against a "swarm of mechanized zombie infantry and dodge hell-fire from aerial dragon assaults, all in the middle of a raging battle within the remnants of Stalingrad," in what they called "the most exciting Zombies experience yet."

In addition to the two maps, three more multiplayer maps will be added to the game.

"Cryogen" is an isolated compound off the coast in the Dead Sea, and is said to hold the world's most dangerous criminals. As the name implies, these criminals have been put in cryogenic tubes is now in deep frozen sleep.

"Berserk" is a Viking village that is frozen in time, guarded by ancient sentinels from a lost civilization.

"Rumble" is where mechanized warriors and giant robots duke it out in the huge battle arena.

"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3: Descent" DLC will be available to Playstation 4 users on July 12, while Xbox One and PC users will not get the update until much later, around mid-August. The DLC will not be available for last-gen consoles.
