The end is near for "Game of Thrones" Season 6, and the showrunners are keeping their fans on the edge of their seats as latest news revealed that the show has a "super-sized finale." Catch the details here, but this article might contain spoilers so read at your own risk.

HBO reportedly confirmed that the finale will be divided into two episodes, notes Entertainment Weekly. Additionally, the titles for the episodes are also spoiled online.

According to the website, episode 9 will be entitled "The Battle of the Bastards" - which may obviously depict a head-to-head between fan's favorite Jon Snow and Ramsay Bolton. The showrunners told the website that it could the most epic battle in all Game of Thrones episodes, or so it is presumed.

"The Battle of the Bastards" will be aired on June 19 and will last for 60 minutes. On the other hand, the title for the second part will be "The Winds of Winter."

As per the outlet, this is a "nod" to George R.R. Martin's highly anticipated novel which is a part of "A Song of Ice and Fire." The last episode will last up to 69 minutes but the plot description is yet to be revealed.

The finale will be directed by Miguel Sapochnik. Meanwhile, readers might want to know what is bound to happen on the forthcoming episode 8, which is entitled as "No Man."
