The latest rumors about the most-anticipated, Galaxy X, from the South Korean manufacturer, Samsung, suggest that the device will feature one of its kind's features with many exceptional specs. The handset is reported to be a part of the company's in-house project code-named as Project Valley, with a 4K resolution display for providing supreme quality experience.
With the rumors about the 4K display, the Galaxy X is also said to be the first Android smartphone which will consist of a 4K Ultra HD Bio blue screen display, reported Yibada. It is also rumored that the Bio blue screen display would be far more superior to the currently popular Super AMOLED displays.
Nashville Chatterclass reported that the new smartphone will also consist of the Diamond PenTile matrix display. As Samsung has the property rights for this display, it is planning to leverage the architecture for the enhancement of the device.
Meanwhile, there are reports that the Galaxy X will feature a 5-inch screen with foldable structure. Know Your Mobile reported that the smartphone would be a 5-inch handset, but after unfolding, it would become a 7-inch tablet.
Additionally, the rumors hint at the possibility that the new Samsung smartphone will also feature an advanced Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 processor with upcoming Android N operating system, reported Belfast Telegraph. It is also rumored that with all the other foldable smartphone will consist of a micro SD slot and water resistance feature to add on the features of the device.
The upcoming handset is expected to be released in early 2017 with other rumored Samsung smartphones slated to be revealed like Galaxy Note 7, Galaxy Note 7 Edge, Galaxy 8, and Galaxy 8 Edge. Reports suggested that the Galaxy X smartphone is expected to be launched in countries like the UK, Italy, Poland, Germany, France, Ireland and South Korea with the US missing from the list.
Furthermore, it is reported that the new Samsung Galaxy X is expected to be sold at a starting price of $650.
