The latest rumors on the much-awaited Apple iPhone 7 suggested that it will not be very much different from its predecessors, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S. It is also said that the upcoming device might not be able to make its mark in the smartphone market even though Apple is trying to bring its best efforts.

Forbes reported that from the few iPhone 7 leaked images, it is evident that there is not a big difference in the overall design and structure of the new smartphone as compared to its earlier versions. Even though the leaked images show that the new iPhone 7 will have a dual-camera setup; many reports said that the mentioned feature would be available only in the iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 7 Pro variants.

The basic iPhone 7 device is said to retain the same 2 GB RAM specification like that of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6S, with mostly similar features.

In contrast to many rumors, iDigital Times reported that Apple is trying hard to include distinguishing features in the new device. There are reports that the new iPhone 7 will feature all-glass casing in the latest version, which will provide it with a new different look.

Also, few reports claimed that in order to incorporate the all-glass casing, the release date of the iPhone 7 has been pushed forward to 2017. Apple is also planning to include high-resolution display and battery to the new iPhone 7. IB Times reported that the variants of iPhone 7 will be differentiated with the help of their internal storage, specs, and price.

In addition, it is also reported that the technology giant will also switch to a three-year product cycle from two years in order to create more demand for its diminishing smartphone demand.

However, few rumors suggested that despite Apple's attempts to improvise its products, the new iPhone 7 will not get high sales this 2016. BGR reported that both Apple stocks and revenue projections are negative based on experts study on the upcoming device.
