Updates about the death of legendary musician Prince revealed that he may have been dead for more than 6 hours prior to the discovery in Paisley Park elevator, according to a paramedic. Catch the emerging details a few days prior to his passing below.
The singer had an overdose five days before his death so he was given but a staff member reached out to his former manager, Phaedra Ellis-Lamkins, who was in New York on April 20, 6 am due to Prince' delicate condition, Star Tribune reported. The manager then called opioid addiction specialist Dr. Howard Kornfeld for help less than 12 hours before his death on April 21, 10:07 am.
Sources also revealed that he was treated with IV fluids at the local hospital and went to a physician in Paisley Park for a consultation on April 20. But it was revealed that Prince was allegedly seen around 7pm looking 'frail and nervous' outside Walgreens.
Prince was found unconscious on April 21 around 9:43 am. Meanwhile, Dr. Kornweld took a red eye flight to the Chanhassen, Minnesota estate for Prince' supposed evaluation but the doctor called emergency as he saw Prince' unconscious body.
Although details about his last days were thoroughly updated, the result of his death in still being kept under wraps. His former manager refuses to speak about this death to the public.
"I cared deeply about him, and I am not ready to speak publicly. I also know how much he valued his privacy and want to respect his wishes," as Ellis-Lamkins wrote to the email sent to Tribune. There were reports that the icon had died of substance overdose, but a confirmation is still needed.
Prince death is mourned globally, from the ordinary fans to several artists and musicians. As per Enstarz, the latest celebrity to expressed her gratitude to the late singer is Arian Grande, who reportedly said that he showed "true creative freedom."
