There is a buzz that avid players cannot purchase Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered version separately. However, this might not be a hindrance to those who vow to be a solid Call of Duty player.
The remastered version is said to come with the upcoming release of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare on November 4, 2016. The gaming consoles will be available on PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One, as noted by Eurogamer.
More than that, the website also made it clear that Modern Warfare Remastered is only available through the Legacy, Legacy Pro and Digital Deluxe Editions. As for additional information, the player's statistics from the original Modern Warfare will not carry over to Remastered because "the movement system is the same as the original's and it will have dedicated servers."
This news may create a bit of disappointment for some who want to purchase the games separately, but there is more to look for the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Here are some of the reasons why players should continue to enjoy the game.
- Fans can go "back to a classic that delivers boots onthe ground fun," more than having the opportunity to play both the new game and the remastered one, notes Gottabemobile.
- Players can also enjoy the remade version with better and more improved graphics and visual effects.
"Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered boasts vibrant current generation visuals, with fully improved texture resolution and detail, high-dynamic range lighting, lit and shadowing VFX particles, revamped animation and audio, stunning sound, and much more," as indicated in its press release statement.
- There will also be a multiplayer component that could allow players to go back to their old maps and gameplay, but only 10 multiplayer maps are allegedly available so stay tuned for updates regarding that.
