Alcatel Onetouch has just revealed to the public about the arrival of their latest smartphone in the Nigerian market. The latest device to join their growing list is the Alcatel Onetouch Pop Star smartphone. The company's Regional Director in Nigeria and Central Africa, Nick Imudia, described the handset as the device that the country has been waiting for. Imudia also promises that these latest smartphone from the company would be unrivalled in terms of satisfying people that seeks top value for their money.
For their latest smartphone, Alcatel Onetouch is partnering with the country's largest online mall which is Konga.com for the retail of the device. According to Imudia, the smartphone will have a 5 inch HD screen display with IPS technology for detailed images and wide viewing angle.
The device will also be dual SIM capable and have an expandable internal memory of 8GB. Alcatel Onetouch Pop Star will be running Android Lollipop OS on a quad core MediaTek Processor. It will be sporting an 8MP camera that has an auto-focus function for quality photos and selfies.
It is also said that the attention to detail is great and can be seen with the curved back cover of the device giving it an elegant slimness at the edges. With this in place, holding it will surely be pleasurable. Aside from that, it is marketed that every purchase of the said smartphone on Konga.com will come with an additional free 8GB memory card.
Imuda also said that the partnership with Konga has the excellent logistics and operational framework that they needed to promptly deliver the latest mobile phone into consumers wherever they are located in the country. He adds that, Alcatel believes that this partnership will help greatly advance their mission in bringing quality and affordable devices to the citizens of Nigeria.
