One of the most impressive reveals during the IFA 2015 event was LG's introduction of prototype displays. If the massive 111-inch double sided 4K OLED isn't enough to impress the hundreds in attendance, the 55-inch LG wallpaper OLED panel blew them out of the water. The unveiling was done during the keynote speech by Dr Sang Beom Han, CEO and President of LG Display.

The double-sided 111-inch curved TV is indeed a sight to behold. The issue of whether the curved feature of 4K OLEDs enhances the viewing experience, as some tech companies claim, is both lost and gained in this massive display. This technology is made three 65-inch Ultra HD OLED displays and an example of Vertical Tilling OLED.

The 65-inch and the 55-inch models may be less impressive than their big brother, but these two models are the first non-curved OLED TVs on the market. Even Panasonic, who realeased their new OLED TVs on the same IFA 2015 event must be shaking their heads at the sight of the perfectly straight screens. LG is also introducing full HDR compatibility on their OLED range (streamed and via HDMI).

If the new curve TVs and the new flat 4K OLED panels didn't impress you, LG also featured their wallpaper version of their OLED screen that has a magnetic back. This allows you to attach the device on any flat surface and detach it just as easy. Because of it's flexible nature, you can peel it off just like wallpaper. The 55-inch display measures 0.97mm in thickness, about the same as your unused credit card. This wallpaper screen was first shown off earlier this year at a Korean Press event last May.
