Apple is making it more and more difficult to crack into its mobile OS, but now a team of four well-known iOS jailbreakers have formed a dream team called "Evad3rs" to jailbreak the iOS 6.

Pod2g, Planetbeing, Musclenerd, and Pimskeks are all well-known names in the iOS jailbreak community and they have joined forces to announce the birth of a new iOS 6 jailbreak team called Evad3rs.

"We (+ @MuscleNerd @planetbeing @pimskeks) are the @evad3rs. We don't take any donations ATM, please don't be fooled at donating to others," tweeted Pod2g.

It seems that the Evad3rs have already made significant work on iOS 6 untethered jailbreak and are just waiting for Apple to release iOS 6.1 before they release the iOS 6 untethered jailbreak for iPhone 5, iPad mini, and all other devices to the public.

"Come on Apple. Release that 6.1 now! /cc @planetbeing @pimskeks @MuscleNerd," tweeted Pod2g, throwing an open challenge to Apple.

The struggle to jailbreak iOS 6 continues as hackers try their best to evade the internal security of the ecosystem. With the iOS 6.1 release in the anvil, jailbreakers will have to work hard and swiftly to get a successful untethered jailbreak in place for iOS 6.

Previous reports indicated that Apple will make it even more difficult to crack in to iOS 6.1, and if you wish to jailbreak your iOS 6 device then do not upgrade to iOS 6.1 when released.

The tweets from Pod2g and the newly formed alliance seem promising as an untethered jailbreak seems to be in the pipeline, and will likely be made available sooner rather than later for iOS 6 devices. However, we will have to wait and see how quickly the Evad3rs are able to crack the security code of the latest iOS.
