"Pokemon GO" players will soon be able to catch Pokemon using different ways. The Game Master file received a surprising late night update hinting explosive additions to the game. The file is basically a configuration file for the app that is downloadable straight from the game's server. It provides critical data to a user's copy of "Pokemon GO." The file also contains vital information on animation, stats and Pokemon species. The Game Master file has to be updated before making any changes to the game such as adding Pokemon or new items.

According to WWG, a late night automatic update to the "Pokemon GO" Game Master file made several additions to the game and that includes four new berries. These berries will help Pokemon Trainers to catch the super-powered critters in different ways. The Bluk Berry prevents Pokemon from jumping while the Nanab Berry from attacking. The Pinap Berry slows down the speed of the shrinking targeting circle, whereas, the Wepar Berry enlarges the targeting circle.

If that's not enough to satisfy "Pokemon GO" trainers for now, the update to the Grand Master file also includes Gym Battle boosts such as X Miracle, X Attack and X Defense items. Unfortunately, a trainer has to first hit Level 100 before she/he can unlock and obtain these. Niantic has reportedly added these items to the backend of the game so that trainers do not accidentally unlock them. Some players believe that Niantic will also add the ultimate PokeBall to the game in near future and that's why there's a level lock on the Master Ball.

Avatar customizations have also been added to the "Pokemon GO" Grand Master file that will allow players to add accessories to their avatars. According to Slash Gear, the latest set of updates to the game has laid the groundwork for its future. Soon "Pokemon GO" Gen 2 will be released and this may make the game break a number of records.
