Despite the lack of an official announcement, the rumor mill has been churning all sorts of speculations around the release date of the "Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy." A couple of retailers from the Czech Republic Kuma and SuperGamer have added more fuel to the already burning rumors about the upcoming video game compilation.

According to the aforementioned retailers, the long-rumored collection of remakes of the first three titles in the Crash Bandicoot series including "Crash Bandicoot," "Cortex Strikes Back," and "Warped" will hit store shelves on June 30, DailyStar reported.

It can be recalled that VPD.fi, a Finnish retailer as well as a Brazilian retailer had predicted that "Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy" would arrive on Feb. 28 this year. However, the predicted timeframe coincided with another major PS4 exclusive launch: "Horizon: Zero Dawn." The yet to be confirmed Feb. 28 release date for "Crash Bandicoot" will reportedly comprise a box art for the game.

As far as the June 30 release date for the highly anticipated title is concerned, optimistic gamers believe a game launch just a couple of weeks after E3 2017 is quite conceivable. Aside from that, an alleged price details from Amazon indicated that the remastered "Crash Bandicoot" games will come bearing a price tag of £49.99, which converts to about $61; however, the game publisher, Activision claimed it will be up for grabs for $39.99.

There's also hearsay that "Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy" launch will be followed by a possible sequel. The rights to the "Crash Bandicoot" series are currently owned by Activision and there is a possibility that the studio may unveil three remastered versions or even launch a brand new game afterward.

While it remains to be seen whether or not this will come to fruition, Crash Bandicoot will without an iota of doubt see a new game launch. Meanwhile, Activision and Sony have neither confirmed nor denied any of the aforesaid speculations although it seems the most plausible outcome, GameNGuide reported.

Moreover, voice actor, Jess Harnell is said to make a comeback to lend his voice to the fan-favorite Crash Bandicoot character, which is slated to make an appearance in "Skylanders Imaginators" as confirmed in the recently concluded E3 event.
