"For Honor" is the newest sword fighting game to be released by the developer Ubisoft. The game's beta version is set to be released to the public on February 9-12 prior to the official launch of its full version on February 14 this year.
Included in the beta features are the following: Elimination, Dominion, Brawl, and Duel. These are four modes by which gamers can choose when playing the game. The beta version will also contain twelve (12) heroes and five (5) modes so as to give gamers an initial taste of what the full version of the game has to offer. The beta version is set to be available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
"For Honor" Open Beta definitely excites a lot of gamers - all across the gaming platforms. While this beta is available for the public's consumption prior to the launch of the full version of "For Honor," this is not the first time that Ubisoft has invited gamers to try it before launching the said game. On January 26-29, a closed beta already ran for selected gamers. And now another open beta for the said game will be released.
Concomitant with the announcement is yet another disclosure by Ubisoft in which it was stated that it has recruited some celebrities to try the game for a "War of the Factions" competition. Some of the celebrities that were invited were Lauren Cohan of "The Walking Dead" series, Jason Mamoa and Alfie Allen of the "Game of Thrones" franchise, and MMA star Demetrious Johnson.
These celebrities will compete with "Top Twitch Streamers" and will be held on February 07, at 2:00 PM PT onwards. The competition can be watched online via the "For Honor" Twitch channel. Nvidia also announced that "For Honor" (or Ghost Recon: Wildlands) will also be offered for free once players bought a select video card.
