Without a doubt, Apple products and its accessories are highly priced. From its Mac computers to iPad, and even its pair of Airpods, each item cost so much already for one user to handle. So it won't be a surprise for users to know whether something associated with Apple is expensive.
According to Life After 50, paying for the monthly bill of iPhone costs lesser than expected. Charging an iPhone 6s from an empty battery to full uses only about 53 cents of electricity on an average.

It is unbelievable but a simple math will explain this: In Ireland, UK, a kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electricity is expected to cost around 17 cent maximum, but still, it depends on the energy supplier of the user. Considering that there is an iPhone 6s, the mobile device will include a 5W charger which is needed to be plugged in for about 100 minutes for it to be fully charged from a completely "drained" battery. So more or less, it will consume about 8.5 or 0.0083 kilowatts of electricity for every 1.7-hour charge.

Some people, upon hearing an Apple item and charging might think that it will cost more than a dollar per month, however, it's not really the case. Given that it will only take 8.5W per hour, it will come to a 0.145 cent once the Apple phone, iPhone 6s for example, is charged for one full day which will cost around 52.7 for a year with 365 days. 53.7 per year and not per charge will surely send a shock to everyone especially since Apple is a top-of-the-line brand. This is another good news for Apple users because even though they have spent a large amount for their devices, they will be paying less whether they charge it fully or not. Maybe this is another reason to patronize the almost flawless Apple products after all.
