"Welcome to the Wayne Security!" A new trailer of the "Powerless" TV adaptation has been released by NBC. The show is the latest DC Comic series that is coming to television next month.
The comic adaptation is an hour and a half work place comedy series featuring the character from the DC Comic, Emily Locke who became the new Director of Research & Development of Wayne Securtiy.
The trailer features a bunch of funny scenes from Emily Lock's team in the Wayne Security building. These are people "who makes the product that saves us from the superheroes." A preview of the first product, the Wear Bag, was introduced and it supposedly protects the person from collateral damage from super hero battle. As it turns out, the product can only be used once.
Comic Book reported that Emily Locke and her department in DC Comic's "Powerless" will specialize in making products for normal citizens to protect themselves and make them feel safer. Locke is identified as a confident person who has big ideas for their company. She will later realize that they don't need to have superpowers to be a hero.
Disney alum, Vanessa Hudgens will lead star in the DC Comic's "Powerless" as Emily Locke together with Danny Pudi as her best friend, Teddy. Alan Tudyk will play Locke's boss, Del Heller, and Christina Kirk will play the superhero fanatic Jackie.
The half-hour workplace comedy series about an insurance company in America will start airing on Feb. 2, 2017, Thursday at 8:00 p.m.NBC announced the release date of television adaptation of the DC Comic's "Powerless" comedy series which was first expected to be released last fall but was pushed further to 2017.
