Color Switch is a puzzle game which tests your skills timing by tapping the screen to make a ball move and pass through color coded obstacles. The basic rule is to avoid the color that doesn't match the color of the ball. The game was made by David Reichelt and Aditya Oza under the publisher Fortafy Games in Sidney, Australia. Also, as reported by Venture Beat, it revealed that the developers took a week to make the game not to mention Reichelt was able to make it colorful despite being colorblind.

Color Switch is available on both iOS and Google Play and both also selected it as one of the best games of the year. It has reached the top charts just months after its release. Moreover, Color Switch was ranked No. 1 in the U.S. by iOS and it was ranked No. 5 by Google Play according to App Annie, a market researcher. Zeb Jaffer also said in an interview with GamesBeat that "People on social media are calling it the new Flappy Bird."

Meanwhile, according to Techcrunch, being a free app, Color Switch was able to climb its way to the top of the charts. But despite being a free app, the publisher and developers earn money through banner ads and in-app purchases.
