Sony's PlayStation 4 console has received a lot of firmware updates in the past and these updates made a lot of improvements to the system. According to the patch notes, the latest 3.13MB patch 4.07 update is supposed to make the system more "stable," as stated on Gamenguide.com.

Sony's PS Plus has made a lot of improvements lately to their free game lineup. However, the subscription still hasn't released more than one A++ game since the past few months. Some PS4 users may be wondering if subscribing to PS Plus starting next year will be a good idea.

Interested gamers are advised to wait and see if there will be updates from Sony in the following days. The company might release some big games starting the first month of next year.

Most of the games released this month are great indie games, which may satisfy your craving for free games for December. However, this may not be good enough for hardcore gamers who are looking into trying out titles from well-established developers.
