The latest NBA trade rumors suggested that Philadelphia 76ers might trade their center Nerlens Noel before the February trade deadline. Reports hinted that the 76ers is expected to enter into a deal with the Portland Trailblazers as the team is reportedly interested in bringing Noel onto their roster.

Blasting News reported that the Philadelphia 76ers is currently planning to rebuild their team and trade Noel in order to vacate their overcrowded frontcourt. Reports stated that trading Noel will help the 76ers to provide extra game minutes to other players in the frontcourt like the center Jahlil Okafor, power forward Dario Saric and center Joel Embiid.

Should the deal materialize, the Philadelphia 76ers are expected to receive shooting guard Allen Crabbe in exchange for Noel from the Trailblazers team. Adding Crabbe is expected to help the 76ers to improve their offensive gameplay and thus, put up high scores on the board in the NBA season.

On the other hand, reports stated that even the Portland Trailblazers are keen on brining Nerlens Noel onto their roster. The main reason behind this is touted to be Noel's excellent defensive skillset, which will offer the Trailblazers with an edge over other teams in the NBA league to provide a tough competition to other teams.

It is also hinted that Noel might be paired with the Trailblazers' point guard Damian Lillard and shooting guard CJ McCollum, there by expected to help the team improve their defensive and offensive gameplay.

However, there is no official word on the rumored trade scenario involving Nerlens Noel and Allen Crabbe. Hence, these rumors should be taken with a grain of salt as of now.
