In the latest in the graphic card segment, Nvidia gets a new improvement called as GeForce GTX 1080 Ti.
The new GeForce GTX 1080 Ti will go against its antecedent GTX Titan X. Let us see how these two pieces of hardware fair against each other, what do they have to offer, and their prices.
As per Hardware Battle, the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti will have a GP102 GPU, 3328 CUDA centres close by 208 surface mapping units, 160 render output units and a base clock of 1503MHz for a sum of 10 teraflops of processing pull.
Relatively, the GTX Titan X accompanies a 28nm GM200-400 GPU with 3072 CUDA cores and 192 surface mapping units, 96 render yield units and a base clock of 1002 MHz. Concerning output units and CUDA centers, GTX Titan X has lower numbers than the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti.
The GeForce GTX 1080 Ti will accompany a superior memory than GTX Titan X. i.e. GeForce GTX1080 Ti includes a Memory Bandwidth of 384 GB/sec and then again GTX Titan X attends 336 GB/sec. Taking a gander at the memory figures, GeForce GTX 1080 Ti guarantees a higher execution rate than GTX Titan X.
The GTX Titan X accompaniesy a TFLOPS of 11 and similarly, the TFLOPS of the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti is just lower by 0.2, i.e. it has 10.8 TFLOPS.
Both of these excellent pieces of hardware are the best in the segment and offer a lot of quality. However, the cost of these two will be a significant factor in their choice
The GeForce GTX 1080 Ti will cost around $1000, and Nvidia still keeps the GTX Titan X at $1200. Nvidia is accounted for to launch its new release, GeForce GTX 1080 Ti in CES 2017 event. For more updates on GeForce GTX 1080 Ti, stay tuned here.
