The Korean entertainment company announced on November 30, that EXO's comeback will happen this month. A new album and music video have also been confirmed for release this December, as EXO continues its tour in Asia.

On November 30, a representative from SM Entertainment announced the news, saying, "EXO is currently preparing for a special winter album with the goal of releasing it in December. They recently completed filming for a music video."

To recall, this will not be the first special winter album by the boy group as they previously released "Sing For You' last year and "Miracles in December" in 2013.

In relation to such news, EXO's concert in Japan brought unexpected visitors from South Korea. Actors Jo In-sung, Kim Woo-bin, and Lim Joo-hwan were all spotted at the airport.

According to some media outlets the three South Korean stars went to Japan to watch one of EXO's whos. All of them are said to be close friends of EXO D.O.

"An Instagram post (shown below) containing a clip of the three actors at Gimpo Airport is becoming viral in Korean online communities," one report noted. "In the video, Jo In Sung, Kim Woo Bin, and Lim Joo Hwan are covering their faces with masks and scarfs but they cannot hide their charisma. People around the actors are saying, 'Wow...They're amazing.' "

Meanwhile, EXO snagged five awards: the top artist award, the best dancer award, the Kakao hot star award, the TOP 10 award and the netizen's choice award during the recently concluded 2016 Melon Music Awards.

"We'll keep improving our dance performance," EXO's Kai said.

EXO is a boy group formed by S.M. Entertainment in 2011. The group is composed of 12 members in two different subgroups namely EXO-M and EXO-K. One group performs in Korean and the other Mandarin. The very first album XOXO was already a big hit, winning the Album of the Year and Golden Disk Awards at the 15th Mnet Asian Music Aawards. The album sold more than one million units, making the group the best-selling Korean group in over a decade.
