Add Apartment Problems To Any Lot

This mod by simlishdistractions allow players to add the "Needs TLC" trait, which adds apartment problems to any lot, something that is only available to Apartments in "City Living."

To install the mods, place the package files in the Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods folder. Then enter game options to enable Mods and CC.

Now from Build Mode, click on the search button and use Custom Content objects filter. You may then add four different objects to the game, which will add mice and roaches, and cause your water pipes and utility box to go haywire.

If you are up for a challenge but don't want to move into an apartment in the game, then this mod is definitely for you.

Check out the mod over at simlishdistraction's Tumblr page.
