With the arrival of the iPhone 7 comes great expectations. Most are met as Apple's new handset is a huge improvement over its previous models. Still, there are some problems that also come with it. These issues, however, aren't deal breakers, and all you need is the right solution. Here are some of the most common iPhone 7 issues and their respective fixes.

No Headphone Jack

One of the most controversial issues with the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7S is the lack of this little thing. The only viable solution to this is through using the included adapter with the iPhone 7.

However, with this quick solution comes another problem and that is not being able to charge the phone because the headphone adapter goes through the same lightning jack that the phone needs in order to charge.

One solution is by getting an Apple Lightning Dock, though it may not be the best portable solution.

Toggling Airplane Mode Causes No Service or Cellular Coverage

This is another problem, which a lot users have started experiencing. This happens when the Airplane mode is activated and deactivated afterwards. The phone is stuck with not being able to get any reception or signal.

Apple is already working on a fix for this one, but for those who don't have the luxury to wait for it can try turning the Airplane Mode on and off a couple of times until the phone acts normally. Restarting the phone altogether may also help on certain occasions.

Poor Battery Performance

The iPhone 7 and 7S batteries are improved and are well-engineered that it should be the better performer when compared with iPhone 6 and 6S. For those who got the iPhone 7 just recently, this may be normal due to the fact that most users will be using the phone on extended periods.

After a while, the usage ratio will reduce, but if in case the battery seems to be sluggish, looking at Battery Usage in Settings will shed some light. If all is normal and the battery still keeps dying rapidly, asking for a replacement might be in order.

Sluggish Overall Performance

If, at some point, that the phone starts acting weird, be that Wi-Fi going haywire and not being able to connect anywhere, data connection being dead or the touch screen going unresponsive, the most common solution is by restarting the phone.

Most of these problems go away with this method, but if this fails, a factory reset might help. Some sites may say that downgrading to an earlier operating system is advisable. This actually isn't the case because the later versions of iOS are designed strongly with the iPhone 7 in mind as it is the current flagship smartphone.

If a factory reset does not fix all these, requesting for a replacement will be the best option in order to get the iPhone 7 running normally.
