"Twilight" fans rejoiced as Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are reportedly back, leaving FKA Twigs out of the picture.
The two might be together again, however, this is solely for the filming of the new sequels to the successful "Twilight" movies.
"Twilight" films were an absolute success ranking in more than $ 3 billion making sense that Summit and Lionsgate would not want to give up.
According to Patrick Wachsberger, the co-chairman of Lionsgate and former head of Summit, said that despite the fact that all four novels of Stephenie Meyer have been adapted already, the story might have a longer life.
"It's a possibility," he said. "Not a certainty but it's a possibility. It's about Stephanie. If she wants to tell a story related to those characters, we're here for her."
"'Twilight' was a game changer for everyone involved," Wachsberger added.
As reports come out about the possible reunion of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, some speculated this could mean that the former lovers may reignite their romance on screen which may pose a problem for FKA Twigs.
However, according to a report, the 28-year-old musician is not worried at all and has no problem with Pattinson working with his ex-girlfriend.
"Tahliah [FKA Twigs] has no problem whatsoever with Rob [Pattinson] working with Kristen if they decide to film another Twilight movie. She doesn't feel threatened by Kristen, especially with the revelation that she is madly in love with her girlfriend," a source told HollywoodLife.
"As far as Twilight is concerned, if this is something Rob really has his heart set on, she will of course support his decision," the source added.
In addition, Filmibeat cited that Robert Pattinson will most likely to come back for more "Twilight" films to re-spark his career.
However, Kirsten Stewart reportedly wants to stay away from the "Twilight" franchise in order to cater to more mature projects. Moreover, she reportedly said she wanted to make movies focusing more on what she is right now.
