Our review of the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime, Xiaomi Redmi 3S, and the Motorola Moto G4 Plus has shown the differences of the three smartphones, all equipped with some excellent features.
If the Samsung device sports an Exynos 7870 octa-core processor, the Xiaomi device consists of Snapdragon chipset with huge battery onboard, whereas the Moto G4 Plus excels with huge RAM capacity and higher camera specs.
We have jotted down all the specs of the three smartphones in order to provide you with an overview of the flagship devices.
To start with, the Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime sports a metallic chassis with a sleeker design as compared to its predecessor. Even the Xiaomi Redmi 3S features a metallic chassis and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The Moto G4 Plus consists of a plastic chassis with a fingerprint sensor incorporated onto the front panel.
In terms of display, the Samsung and the Motorola phones sport a similar 5.5-inch screen with IPS LCD display and 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. The Xiaomi Redmi device consist of a 5.0-inch screen with an LCD display panel and 720 x 1280 pixels resolution.
When it comes to the performance-related specs, the Moto G4 Plus excels with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor and different RAM capacity and internal storage options. It consists of 16 GB storage variant with 2 GB RAM or 32 GB variant with 3 GB RAM or 64 GB option with 4 GB RAM. On the other hand, the Xiaomi Redmi 3S is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB of internal storage capacity whereas the Samsung device is packed with an Exynos 7870 processor and 3 GB RAM with 16 GB storage capacity.
Furthermore, the Motorola device again surpasses the other two smartphones with a 16-megapixel rear and a 5-megapixel camera onboard with additional specs like phase detection & laser autofocus, and dual-LED flash. The Samsung J7 Prime sports a 13-megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front camera whereas the Xiaomi Redmi consists of a 13-megapixel rear and a 5-megapixel front camera.
As far as the battery specs are concerned, the Xiaomi device offers better battery performance with its 4,100 mAh capacity. On the other hand, the Galaxy J7 Prime consists of a 3,300 mAh battery whereas the Moto G4 Plus sports a 3,000 mAh battery with rapid charging functionality.
All the three flagship phones run on the latest Android v6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system with features like Android Pay option and customized Chrome browser to mention a few.
Lastly, the Samsung J7 Prime is priced around $280, whereas the Moto G4 Plus is even lower, which is around $202. However, the cheapest among the three devices is the Xiaomi Redmi 3S phone with a price tag of $156.
To sum up, the Xiaomi phone is surely the budget-friendly option with nearly same specs and features like the other two devices. The Samsung device will provide you with longer battery life and excellent graphics performance whereas the Motorola phone is the king of all with an enhanced chipset, huge battery, excellent camera specs and storage capacity. However, choosing a device will totally depend on your specs requirement.
