Everyone's excited about the appearance of Gus Fring (Giancarlo Esposito) in "Better Call Saul" season 3. While this is still under wraps, lead actor Bob Odenkirk might have confirmed the rumors with his answers during his guesting on "Conan on TBD" and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," the ecumenical news reported.
Odenkirk seemed to indirectly confirmed the return of Fring when he said, "Well the writers always do clever things, there's little clues all over the show, visual clues, and one of the things they've done and somebody worked out the puzzle that the acronym or the first letter of each episode of last season spelled out a sentence ... 'Fring's Back'," while talking to O'Brien.
"And so I guess, I don't know because I really truly don't know what is going to happen in the show, that maybe this season we will see Giancarlo Esposito in the great role again. It would be amazing," he continued.
It has also been reported that Kimmel, during he's interview with Odenkirk, has been confirming if the first episode in Better Call Saul Season 3 will include a phrase, "Fring's back."
"I'm looking for him (Esposito)," the 53-year-old actor answered. "He's coming back," he added.
Earlier, creator Vince Gilligan urged fans not to expect Gus Fring in the show immediately, International Business Times reported.
In the same report, Peter Gould warned fans too, saying, "Having said that, I would be very sad if people were expecting to see that character right away on season 3. "
"Right now, this is a guy - I'm talking about Gus Fring - who often works very indirectly. This is not somebody who is not easy to access," he added.
Gus Fring is a character on the parent series "Breaking Bad", and as a prelude to the said series, viewers are waiting for Odenkirk and Fring to met.
AMC has yet to announce the official premier of "Better Call Saul" Season 3, but it is anticipated to be available in early 2017.
