The game "No Man's Sky" was highly anticipated before its release, but many players ended up being highly disappointed with the absence of a number of features, especially a proper multiplayer mode. No official word on when it will be implemented, but will mods make this happen sooner?

Fortunately for PC players, in just a very short amount of time, a huge number of mods have already been created for "No Man's Sky."

While some have questionable quality, we list down the best mods we've encountered so far, which will greatly improve the already great experience from the vaniall "No Man's Sky."

Resolution Fix (Internal Resolution Multiplier)

There are a number of reports where players experience inconsistent resolution in the game, making it look flat and blurry as if played at low resolution. This happens even with resolution settings like 1440p.

This tool ensures that the selected resolution will work properly and will provided significant improvement in the game's sharpness and overall eye-candy quality.

Getting To The Center Of The Galaxy With Super Hyperdrive

For a very large number of players, getting to the game's end goal of reaching the center of the galaxy is a bit perplexing.

With the mod "Super Hyperdrive," this task becomes a bit less of a chore than it originally is. This provides players with even faster travel distance to avoid the extremely repetitive jumps and landings on several planets.

It may seem as a cheat, but it makes the game a bit more enjoyable for the largest number of average players. Especially those who don't have that much time to burn in-game.

Low PC Config

Even with its graphics, "No Man's Sky" is quite a resource hungry game. Just recently, a lot of players have been refunded due to the game not running on acceptable frame rates, even on mid-gaming specs.

The Low PC Config fixes most of the issues caused by this and even with lower-ended PCs will be able to play the game, but with slightly awful graphics at least.

No Man's Sky Trainer

Back to cheating, the "No Man's Sky" Trainer is a cheating tool for PC version and it does a number of cheats triggered with shortcut keys. It contains cheats like infinite health, ammo, units, no reloads and more.

These are just some of the best mods around and it might not be long enough before PC players get a multiplayer mod. The same was done with "Skyrim" before, but was abandoned due to the release of "Elder Scrolls Online."
