Do you have an iPhone but want to run your day more smoothly and keep up with tasks? One of the easiest things to do to make your routine more automatic is to set repeating alarms. Need a daily reminder to keep waking at the right time, or not to forget those events during the week when they come around?
No problem—the clock on the iPhone has made it easier than ever to input all the alarms you need, scheduled to repeat as often as you want. Here's how you can set repeating alarms, label them, and have even more convenience when using Siri.
Why You Will Need to Repeat Alarms on iPhone?

Create recurring alarms so you never forget an important task, reminder, or routine. Open the Clock App
You'll likely find the Clock app on your home screen, as you probably use it to set the one-time alarms. Open that from your iPhone.
- Tap the Alarm Tab
- Tap the Alarm icon at the bottom of the screen to list your current alarms.
- Tap the + Icon to Add a New Alarm
- Tap in the top right corner for the + icon to add a new alarm.
Set the Time
Scroll through the scrolling numbers to select when your alarm will go off each day.
Tap Repeat to Schedule the Alarm
Having set the time, you must then tap the Repeat option. With this, you shall determine what days of the week the alarm shall repeat. For a daily alarm, you would mark every day. If you only need an alarm repeated on certain days, you mark those.
Name Your Alarm for Easy Organization
Tap the Label field to assign a name to your alarm. This is handy if you set several alarms for different activities, such as "Workout Reminder" or "Take Medication." Labels ensure easy identification of specific alarms and can even be used to enable Siri to control your alarms.
Tap Save
Now that you've defined the time and days, plus added a label, tap Save in the upper-right corner of your screen. Your repeating alarm is now set up.
One should also know how to sort and manage alerts using Siri.
You can also control the activation of your alarms using Siri. So, you are provided with yet another convenience in managing your alarms without a finger touch. For instance, say, "Hey Siri, turn off my 7 AM alarm" or "Turn on my daily alarm." Using Siri to manage your alarms is excellent when you're on the move or can't take time to go through the Clock application.
Bonus Tips for Controlling Alarms
Volume of Alarm: Want to change the volume? Open Settings > Sounds & Haptics and grab the slider with your finger. That's how you are assured a loudly waking alarm that won't wake others if you want it muted.
There may be a need to change or remove the alarm; for this, go to the Clock app, open the Alarm tab, and tap Edit to alter or remove alarms.
Set up recurring alarms on your iPhone to effectively ' automate' your day and stay organized. From the daily reminders about your work tasks to your routine, the Clock app and Siri can do much to keep you on track.
