According to the latest NBA trade rumors, the Chicago Bulls and the Los Angeles Clippers might enter a deal soon. The reported main reason behind this is that the Bulls want to acquire Blake Griffin to make their roster even stronger.
The Bit Bag reported that the Chicago Bulls are eyeing players to perform well at the forward position. It is stated that the Bulls are expecting to add Griffin to their in order to team him up with recently traded players, Rajan Rondo and Dwayne Wade.
"Great players always figure it out," said Bulls coach Hoiberg, as reported by Sports Rageous. "It has to be about one thing, and that's winning. Based on who has the hot hand on any given night, you play through that guy, and the rest of the team plays off him."
Furthermore, reports claimed that the Los Angeles Clippers have put Griffin on the trading block owing to all his fights and injuries last season. It is stated that Clippers are looking forward to good trade offers in exchange for the 27-year-old player in the upcoming NBA season.
There are reports that Bulls will most likely trade Taj Gibson and Nikola Mirotic in exchange for Blake Griffin. Morning Ledger reported that Clippers will welcome the potential trade offer as both Gibson and Mirotic will add on to the team's defense skills. Also, Ryan Mckenzie from Fanside said the both the players will change the overall gameplay for the Los Angeles Clippers team.
Meanwhile, the NBA trade rumors suggested that the other teams interested in Griffin apart from the Chicago Bulls are the Boston Celtics, Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Oklahoma City Thunder.
