The public pre - release version of iOS 9.3.2 and OS X El Captain 10.11.5 was made available to the common Apple users after making it available to the beta developers. The recent iOS update reportedly restores the Night Shift capabilities for an iOS device in Low Power Mode.
According to reports from Apple Insider, aside from the tweak for Night Shift capabilities, no major changes have been made for iOS 9.3.2 or OS X 10.11.5 or tvOS 9.2.1. Notably, iOS 9.3.2 is built on 13F61, while tvOS 9.2.1 is built on 13Y763.
However, the latest update of Apple is not available for certain devices like Apple 9.7 inch Apple iPad Pro, since the new iOS fix has bricked some 9.7 inch iPad Pro devices. Notably, Apple has also pulled off the iOS 9.3.2 update for the 9.7 inch iPad Pro devices after rolling it out, and has not re - released it once again.
Meanwhile, 9to5mac reported that the new user facing features are being saved for iOS 10, which might be introduced next month in WWDC. The other changes, which have been included in the update, are a refreshed Apple Music app, and a Home app to manage Homekit among other minor ones.
In addition, some of the changes included in the latest iOS update has also reportedly fixed the Bluetooth bug in the iPhone SE devices, which caused a poor audio experience when connected to a Bluetooth device.
Thus, it is yet to be seen what changes the latest version of the iOS and OS X update has brought for the developers and the users. However, the next version of the iOS will definitely take care of all the issues, which has been pointed out in this version of the iOS, despite the several updates, and hopefully users might not need a jailbreak to use their device.
