"Battlefield 1" "They Shall Not Pass" DLC expansion is bringing a bunch of new weapons real soon. The guns have gone live for certain players who are part of the game's community test environment (CTE). Even though some of them are simply variants of other guns, around 11 new firearms in total have been shown. Of the melee weapons, the Nail Knife looks menacingly dangerous. The other two melee weapons are Cogwheel Club and Trench Fleur. Lebel Model 1886 is also included with both the Infantry and Sniper versions.
According to GameSpot, "Battlefield 1" players have to earn these weapons and cannot unlock straightaway. They have to carry out a certain number of kills with different guns and also revive and re-supply teammates too. The weapons will be made available to all when the DLC expansion hits the stores in March. The game's developer is currently trialing feature and balance changes on the testing server to ensure everything's working fine. Reddit has the details on how to register for the CTE.
The CTE is only available for PC and "Battlefield 1" players need the $50 Premium Pass to sign in. The Winter update is going full swing and it has introduced a number of bug fixes and a higher level cap for each class. The DLC is set to introduce the French army to the game. The Frontlines mode is a mix of Conquest and Rush. It has also introduces France-set maps Verdun Heights, Soissons, and Rupture. Certain videos from the CTE have surfaced online. Watch them here. Meanwhile, certain players in the CTE have discovered strange zombie-like noises while playing in the Fort Vaux map.
According to WWG, EA hasn't confirmed as zombie-touch to "Battlefield 1." However, players heard strange noises and screams as they made their way through the map. Stay tuned on Mobile & Apps for more information on the "Battlefield 1" "They Shall Not Pass" DLC expansion.
