The fans and viewers of "Game of Thrones" have a reason to rejoice about the upcoming Season 7. News has it that the cast for "Game of Thrones" Season 7 has been affirmed to include an actor who played a character that died a truly brutal death in "Game of Thrones" Season 6. The HBO original series is making a lot of news as the production for "Game of Thrones" Season 7 has finally become and winter has finally come!
So how does this work? Who is going to make a character comeback in the upcoming season of the extremely popular series? With a fantastic comeback this summer, "Game of Thrones" Season 7 is going to feature a familiar face: that of David Bradley. As the die-hard fans of the epic series know, David Bradley portrays Walder Frey, who was also the lord of The Twins and who also shrewdly masterminded the gruesome Red Wedding.
Red Wedding saw the death of most of the Starks as well as their supporters- a truly tragic event! In the last season, Arya Stark avenged the death of her family by killing Frey as a part of her own personal death list. A Game of Thrones themed website named "Watchers on The Wall" has recently revealed that Bradley will be joining the cast of "Game of Thrones" Season 7, as evidenced by his resume submitted by his agency.
It is not sure as to how Frey will be returning to the show but there are some theories and rumors that suggest only Frey's face will be used in "Game of Thrones" Season 7. Arya Stark has mastered the role of an assassin for the "Faceless" people. She used these skills to avenge the death of her family and pursued the path of vengeance. During her training, she was taught "to be a nobody while being somebody" which means using a dead person's face while fighting or completing a mission.
Of course, this news is still not confirmed but this seems the only way that Bradley would be able to make a comeback in the show. "Now that winter has arrived on Game Of Thrones, executive producers David Benioff and D.B. Weiss felt that the storylines of the next season would be better served by starting production a little later than usual, when the weather is changing," said Casey Bloys, HBO President of Programming.
