There has been a lot of drama going on in "EastEnders" and Grant's return is bound to keep things even crazier. Many fans continue hoping to see Kemp's character back at the BBC One drama since Grant did not die when he chose to leave the show.

Grant, however, may return to Walford, as "EastEnders" spoilers reveal that a horrific accident is set to take place in Albert Square. Photos gathered by the Daily Star show that fans and viewers of the series will see a bus crash in the upcoming episodes of the show.

"There was a real buzz on set when the cast and crew discovered that a big disaster was going to hit Albert Square," an insider shared.

According to the publication, fans and viewers are bound to be "shocked" and "surprised" by the events that will take place in "EastEnders." This incident, which may leave one character (or more) dead, may force Grant Mitchell to return to Walford.

The insider told the publication that the aftermath of the said crash in "EastEnders" will be "heartbreaking." This scenario is expected to be shown on Tuesday, Jan. 24 on BBC One.
