Blake Shelton won two awards including Favorite Male Country Artist and Favorite Album award for his 2016 record "If I'm Honest" at the recently held 2017 People's Choice Awards in Los Angeles. Shelton's girlfriend Gwen Stefani accompanied him to the event.

On receiving the awards, the "Every Time I Hear That Song" singer thanked his fans as well as his girlfriend who was sitting in the audience clapping for him.

"I've got a lot of people to thank. All the people that voted for me. Thank you so much," Blake Shelton said, according to USA Today. "And thanks the hottest date here tonight, Gwen Stefani, who is sitting out there."

In an exclusive interview with ET, Blake Shelton revealed about his Valentine's Day plans with girlfriend Gwen Stefani.

"I think she knows it's going to be Valentine's Day, so I can't really surprise her with that," the singer joked. "No, I'm kidding. I don't know. I'm one of those guys that's always last minute, like, 'Oh dammit. It's here, it's here!' Get some flowers or something. I'm not good at planning surprises when it comes to Valentine's Day, but we'll definitely celebrate."

"I mean, I won't forget totally," Shelton added. "I'll just forget until the last minute."

Blake Shelton met Gwen Stefani on the sets of The Voice in 2014. However, it was only after the two went through their own divorces a year later that they came closer. Blake divorced Miranda Lambert in 2015, while, Gwen officially separated from ex-husband Gavin Rossdale in 2016.

The madly-in-love couple is expected to reunite on The Voice season 12 which will debut on NBC in February this year. They will both serve as coaches.
