Sasuke's adventures against the exploding humans continue with "Naruto Shippuden" Episode 485, entitled "Colosseum."

For a recap of the previous episode, Naruto, Sakura and Hinata investigated a case of an attack at one of Konoha's gates, where mind-controlled attackers expand and explode whenever they become injured. With Hinata unable to figure out the type of foreign chakra inside the attackers' bodies, Kakashi asked help from Sasuke, one of the few people that may be able to figure out something about their conditions.

As soon as Sasuke received the message, he encountered a similar case in a nearby village. He tried to read inside the minds of the attackers, but meets resistance from the visual technique itself. He also learned that a shinobi named Fuushin is behind the attacks.

Sasuke, with the two shinobi Chino and Nowaki, went to visit Orochimaru, who may know something about the person behind the attacks. Orochimaru declared that the person is named En Oyashiro, a medical ninja and a kekkei genkai collector.

He also mentioned that his hiding place is unknown, and can only be lured out on an unknown location. They then went to that specific place through a boat, which turned out to be a colosseum.

Orochimaru explains that the place is a fighting club for the rich people, where their employed shinobis fight against each other. He then points out that En Oyashiro may appear if there are shinobi he's interested in - however, Sasuke is not interested.

The announcer then introduces En Oyashiro's shinobi named Futsu, and Sasuke himself as his opponent, to his surprise. Orochimaru mentioned once again that En Oyashiro only appears when he's interested on a certain shinobi - he certainly got interested when he learned that Sasuke will be his Futsu's opponent.

With no other choice, Sasuke then goes down to the stage. However, just as a fight begins, one of the patrons fall by the stage. Sasuke immediately recognizes the person being an exploding human.

Fans were stoked and very satisfied with "Naruto Shippuden" episode 485 and with the new arc in general, and some were even happy to see Orochimaru and Yamato in the episode.
