Previously, it has been speculated that "Scream Queens" Season 2 might end be the finale as some sources said that it is no longer beating the target ratings especially when it returned after a lengthy hiatus. However, spoilers of the series continue to swirl on the web indicating that fans should look forward to more exciting scenes and big revelations particularly in the upcoming Episode 6.
In the previous episode entitled "Chanel Pour Homme-Icide," Chanel #5 sustained a wound allowing her to stay in the ICU for proper assessment of internal damage. Dean Munsch, on the other hand realized that she should tell the authorities about the murders happening at the C.U.R.E Institute but the most shocking and heartbreaking scene of the entire episode was the death of Det. Denise Hemphill.
Meanwhile, the Episode 6 which is titled "Blood Drive" is said to make fans more thrilled as they will get to see the series' characters in an unforeseen or no ordinary places.
According to TV Guide, Green Meanie's identity will be disclosed in this episode of the comedy horror series. In addition, Nurse Hoffel (Kirstie Alley) will finally act on her plan for revenge.
There were rumors suggesting that Green Meanie may not be only one but two personalities in the series while taking into consideration the incidents in Season 1where there were two Red Devils.
Some speculated that Nurse Hoffel has been helping the Green Meanie to be successful in his or her plan as a part of her revenge to the C.U.R.E Institute.
Moreover, August Emerson will have his appearance on the new episode as Brandon Szathmary.
The synopsis for the "Scream Queens" Season 2 Episode 6 reads:
"After an influx of patents at the C.U.R.E. institute, Dean Munsch and Chanel organize a blood drive to solve the hospital's severe shortage. Meanwhile, Nurse Hoffel sets a plan of revenge in motion, Hester finds a way to join the hospital's staff and a shocking revelation involving The Green Meanie occurs."
