The RAM capacity of Xperia X Compact is higher than that of the Xperia Z5 Compact, as per Phone Arena. When it comes to expandable storage option, the newer Sony model has more capacity than the 2015 version.

Sony models are known for their great cameras. The Sony Xperia X Compact comes with an incredible 23 MP rear and 5 MP front camera. The Sony Xperia Z5 Compact comes out the winner by a thin line with its 23 MP rear and 5.1 MP front camera.

Between the two models, the Xperia Z5 model supports HDM, allowing videos, audio, and photos to be shared with other HDMI supported devices.
