Google Pixel has definitely made an impact in the smartphone industry. Today, we thought of doing a comparison between the Pixel and the LG V20 to see it it fares to the current frontrunners.

When it comes to overall physical design, the LG V20 is taller, wider, and denser than the Google Pixel. Still, the V20 has a sleeker look compared to Pixel.

From the display perspective, the Pixel sports a 5-inch AMOLED screen, whereas the V20 sports a 5.7-inch screen. The screen resolution, as well as the pixel per inch, is higher for the LG V20.

Looking under the hoods, the Google model is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821, whereas the LG phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 coprocessor, according to NDTV Gadgets. It seems that the Google Pixel has the advantage here.

The Google Pixel runs on Android 7.1 operating system, whereas the LG V20 was launched with its OS as Android 7.0. Hence, the Pixel has the latest updated Android version, but literally only by a decimal.

The Pixel comes with 12.3 MP rear and a 8 MP front camera. The V20 comes with 16 MP rear and a 5 MP front camera, according to Phone Arena. The LG snapper seems to be a better choice for the shutterbugs.

Although the Google smartphone packs a decent battery capacity, it is less than that of the LG model, which also has a removable battery option.

The LG V20 has an expandable storage option of up to 256 GB, unlike the Google Pixel.

It seems that the LG V20 has won almost all the areas and clearly remains unchallenged by the Google Pixel. Still, the latest phone from Google comes with latest Snapdragon processor and Android OS.
