As "Breaking Bad" has long ended, some fans are asking already if Walter White (Bryan Cranston) will be joining the cast of "Better Call Saul" season 3.
Would there be a possibility for him to make a comeback in his show's prequel/spin off?
In an interview with Daily Beast, the 60-year-old actor revealed the answer to the question which his followers would like to be addressed.
"I don't know in what context it would work in, because we're in different phases," he said about "Better Call Saul" season 3. "The characters didn't meet until the second season of 'Breaking Bad,' when Walter needed to meet him."
"I suppose they could have a serendipitous brush of each other down the street or in the market, but I don't know what good that'll do-it's just a little cookie," he added.
He, however, hinted that he would still be part of the show but in a different capacity.
"I'm looking forward to going down there next year and directing an episode, though. It's family," he dished. "They've got the same crew, and it's exciting to think that we can rekindle that flame; that it's still alive."
In the meantime, Bob Odenkirk, who plays lead character James Morgan "Jimmy" McGill, a scam artist-turned-lawyer, shared with The Wrap some "Better Call Saul" season 3 spoilers.
According to him, fans will finally see Jimmy slowly become Saul Goodman.
"This season is gonna be about how innocence gets torn away," the actor dished. "We learn that Saul is just who he's pretending to be to get back at the world... Season 3 is when things will really explode."
What could be the extra interesting things that each fan must look forward to in the upcoming season of the television crime drama series?
Keep posted for more "Better Call Saul" season 3 spoilers before it premieres in 2017.
