The latest "Teen Wolf" season 6 spoilers hinted about the possibility that its release date might just be delayed further because of one of its cast members.

It can be recalled that one of its lead stars, Dylan O'Brien, met an accident while taping for his upcoming film "Maze Runner: The Death Cure" in April.

However, amid the speculations that the 24-year-old actor could have been causing the delay, the production team behind the MTV werewolf drama series has kept mum about it.

When will be the final release date of "Teen Wolf" season 6? What could the spoilers be saying about it?

According to Movie News Guide, series creator Jeff Davis and MTV have been "adamant" about Dylan O'Brien's continued participation in the series especially that without him playing Stiles Stilinski, the story might just be different.

The report noted that apart from this, there has been no confirmation or any update yet about the official release date of "Teen Wolf" season 6.

In the meantime, Tyler Posey shared with Entertainment Weekly why his character Scott McCall should remain single even in the sixth season.

"I don't know if he's actively trying to be single, but it's doing good for him," Posey said in his own set of "Teen Wolf" season 6 spoilers." He's able to focus on what he wants and not let anything get in the way."

"He's kind of a crazy puppy dog when he falls in love, kind of aimlessly wandering around, so it's good that he's not thinking of any girls right now," he added. "Keeps his eyes on the prize."

The actor further suggested that his role does not necessarily need a woman in his life for him to become a "compelling character."

When it comes to what exciting part of his return should fans look forward to, Posey teased that he is set to be a "little darker" and wiser.
