Reports have it that Barry Allen will be powerless when "The Flash" Season 3 arrives in small screens.
Game N Guide noted that the upcoming season will follow some event in "Flashpoint Paradox," wherein the superhero will be powerless while being involved between Aquaman and Wonder Woman feud. Later on, he will still be able to resolve the conflict while rescuing his mom amidst being vulnerable.
The website then noted that this turn of events paved way to "The New 52" comics. This also assumes that Barry Allen has set a new timeline which is totally different from Seasons 1 and 2. The superhero is said to be battling against Zoom.
Actor Carlos Valdes, who plays as Cisco Ramon have provided hints months ago about the possibility of adapting the Flashpoint arc. "I think there's every chance of a Flashpoint paradox," he revealed during the MegaCon event.
"Some people expressed reservation about that -- why are we going there? -- but then some people were all about it," the actor added. He then added that Season 3 will be more exciting but different so fans must patiently wait.
"All I'm going to tell you is things are going to be different, way different. Not in a bad way; I think in a really exciting way..." Valdes added, quoted Yibada.
When will the show be back? "The Flash" Season 3 is expected to air in October 2016, but the network is yet to confirm the reports.
On the other hand, actress Candice Patton reportedly addressed the question if her character Iris will survive the new timeline. Despite not providing a definite answer, she said that fans might need to wait how her relationship with Barry Allen will be affected, according to Movie News Guide,
