Song Joong Ki reportedly donated all of his earnings on "Hurry up, Brother" to charity. While the amount of donation and the name of the institution have been kept secret, a source stated that he intended to give all of his salaries from the show ever since.

The Korean actor, who is famous for his role in "Descendants of the Sun," appeared on the Chinese show with Wong Cho Lam, Luhan, Deng Chao, Li Chen, Angelababy and Zheng Kai, reported Yibada. The variety show is said to be an adaptation to the Korean show "Running Man" which Song appeared as well.

The website went on to continue that Song has been a goodwill ambassador for quite some time. He once donated an enormous amount of money to Korean Childhood Leukemia Foundation (KCLF) since 2011. However, his good deed was only revealed in early March when the foundation decided to reveal it.

More than that, Destination K-pop reported that the super star had given around 100 million won ($85,521) through UNICEF for Nepal earthquake victims. He was also active in spreading awareness about pedriatic cancer.

Aside from his heartwarming charity, Song Joong Ki is also loved for his portrayal of captain Yoo Shi Jin in 'Descendants of the Sun." He is a member of a special force unit where he met his love interest, doctor Kang Mo Yeon, played by Song Hye Kyo. The show has been a huge hit since its release.

But despite the fame he is getting from the fans, the Hallyu actor revealed that he was also dumped one im in his life. As per IB Times, his first relationship only lasted for 103 days.

"I met my first girlfriend when I was in the ninth grade", said Joong-Ki. "She dumped me after only 103 days". But about true love, he said that he is willing to wait for the one.
