Newly introduced, Clicks Technology unveils the Clicks iPhone case equipped with an integrated keyboard, set to transform your smartphone experience. Priced at $139, the iPhone 14 Pro case will commence shipping on February 1, while the 15 Pro variant is slated for mid-March.

Moreover, reservations are open for the $159 iPhone 15 Pro Max, anticipated to arrive in early spring. Founded by Michael Fisher and Kevin Michaluk, Clicks will showcase its creation at CES as a promising innovation.

A Blackberry Like iPhone Keyboard Case

While past keyboard cases like Typo faced legal woes due to imitating BlackBerry's design, Clicks stands out for its unique offering, setting a new standard in iPhone accessories.

However, unlike the earlier imitation, this case is a modern, vibrant design created with clear intent. Its connection method is reminiscent of a Backbone controller-slide your phone in, align the power port with the built-in USB-C or Lightning connector, and snap the case closed. Clicks operate sans Bluetooth or a battery, drawing power directly from your phone. It supports pass-through fast charging for the iPhone 15 Pro, as per Clicks' site.

Indeed, it elongates your iPhone, yet it offers more screen space for typing lengthy emails or crafting documents on the phone itself. Featuring keyboard shortcuts like CMD + H for the home screen and CMD + Space for Search, it's set to introduce a Clicks App for added functionalities on the App Store soon.

Headed by YouTuber Michael Fisher and tech blog founder Kevin Michaluk, the company aims to captivate both long-term iPhone users and those accustomed to keyboard phones of the past.

Embracing its BlackBerry roots, the case's design was meticulously refined for the right keyboard experience. Everything, from button contours to tactile feedback, has been considered. The case debuts at CES, but preorders for $139 are open on the company's site, with shipments beginning February 1.

About Clicks Keyboard Case for iPhone

Clicks, crafted by industry veterans Michael Fisher (Mr. Mobile) and Kevin Michaluk (CrackBerry Kevin), brings a meticulously designed iPhone keyboard to revolutionize the typing experience. The keyboard case offers tactile feedback without compromising the iPhone's display while validating user comfort and intuition and maximizing screen space.

Fisher and Michaluk's extensive experience with physical keyboards, including BlackBerry and Nokia devices, informs the design, ensuring an ergonomic and intuitive interface. Their expertise positions Clicks as a promising solution for iPhone users seeking a seamless typing experience. With preorders open at $139 and shipping commencing on February 1, this accessory aims to deliver convenience and efficiency while maintaining a sleek design and seamless connectivity.

A similar device, the Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus keyboard cover, priced at $59.99 (reduced to $42 with a 30 percent coupon), presents a minimal polycarbonate shell with a detachable keyboard. The case secures well, offering back glass protection, improved fingerprint scanner access, and maintaining the device's sleek design. However, the keyboard doesn't use Bluetooth, requires no battery, and automatically reduces the display size, providing three rows of keys and shortcuts. Its limitations include app compatibility issues and limited shortcut functionality. While the shell is noteworthy, the keyboard offers tactile feedback but may not enhance typing speed compared to the default Samsung on-screen keyboard.
